That USC team was probably not quite as bad last month as they are now, cause they've sustained a bunch of injuries, and they've at least been competitive with everyone they've played.

Purdue is on the shortlist for worst team in the P4. And Penn State is 48-4-1 against Maryland, including mostly dominating victories lately. So it would have to be either Minnesota or Washington. Can't say either one of those teams impresses me. Maybe Minnesota'll get them up there.
