We need Eli to get back on track and play well.Narduzzi just said Eli should probably take the majority of the snaps Saturday, we'll see if it moves the line at all. SMU still unclear who they expect to start.
This got me looking it up, and it appears fellow ACC members Syracuse and Duke are (or at least were) affiliated with United Methodists. I did not know that.- In 2019, they disassociated with the United Methodist Church and are wholly owned by their own Board of Trustees. It doesn't even appear that its a religious school at all anymore.
It's absolutely in Dallas. There are quirky zoning laws here in the state of Texas - for instance, there is the City of Bellaire that sits in the heart of Houston. Most of us dont know much about SMU other than the Pony Express and the Death Penalty.
Couple interesting notes I've learned
- Some call it "Southern Millionaires University"
- It is not technically in Dallas. The university is in University Park, which is bordered on 3 sides by Dallas and the other side by Highland Park. University Park and Highland Park are 2 extremely affluent communties which is why SMU reminds me a lot of Villanova in many ways.

SMU is technically in Dallas. Dallas is both the city and county.
There are those random little towns within not just the county of Dallas, but the city of it.
I use to live in Addison when I first got here. It’s in Dallas County. If you took one step in either direction while in Addison, you were back in the city of Dallas.
That’s how the area around SMU is. You’d never know you weren’t in the city anymore unless someone told you. And it’s only about 2 to 3 miles big.
