The highest-ranked recruit to visit Pitt in the last two weeks was Aaryn Parks, the No. 10 offensive tackle prospect in the nation. I touched base with him briefly for a reaction to the visit, and while I didn’t get to ask as many questions as I would have liked, I thought these quotes were pretty encouraging.
“The official visit was great. I already knew Pitt was lit but I wanted to see for myself and they didn’t let me down. The facility was nice and the players were cool but what stood out most is what Coach Borbely was teaching me in the O-line room. Coach Borbely seriously knows what he is doing and I can envision myself playing under him.
“If I go there, I feel that I can be a leader for the O-line group and we can make history, so that’s why I’m interested in Pitt.”
