Paul Chryst was considered average and stupid when he was here, yet suddenly is winning Big with the resources he has been given at Wisconsin. Todd Graham was disliked for promising high octane and delivering mediocre QB play and bolted after one year. I still dislike the guy and think he's all bluster, but yinz know what? He had two 10-win seasons at arizona state.

Now we bring in a guy who was making a million and a half and was considered one of the best coordinators in the country. And here we are again, average results and ass kickings in big games.

At some point, the administration at this school needs to look in a mirror and say, "what are WE doing wrong?"

I get your point but graham is a poor example as he is about to go down in a ball of flames in the arizona dessert. Those early 10 win seasons seem to be a result of Ericksons players.

So what is the admin not doing that ASU and Wisc are doing? Please no vague responses like "being supportive ", "spending money" unless you can list Wisc's budget for FB and our's to show a quantitative difference.

I don't disagree that admin plays a role, but I also bet relying on western PA for recruiting with its mediocre FB talent plays a big role. How many of the players on the UW and ASU roster are from PA or even western PA?
