It's not so much cheating as understanding the NCAA's enforcement policies and how they actually interpret a set of ambiguous regulations. Pitt is just dumb! Has nothing to do with integrity or playing by the actual rules that holds us back!
The question is where does it end ? Ok you offer x then someone offers 2x , once you start breaking the rules it's that much easier to take it to the next level and your doing this to win a bb or Fb game. Now maybe you didn't pay one player as much as another he gets pissed and starts talking is it really worth it ? Well the answer is Pitt doesn't and if you root for Pitt it's best to understand this.
