While it was great to see
Burton's 20 pt. explosion
vs St. John's, it IMO was
basically an outlier. Today
was more who he typically
is......12 pts, 2 To's, 2 steals,
2 assists. What he does
bring us is a steadying
presence on the offensive
end where we were really
struggling. Don't think so?
As a team we only had
6 TO's. Odukale only had 1.
More importantly Femi
was not controlling the
ball, overdribbling, and
over driving. Burton had
the ball in his hands more
and so did Ezzy. Femi had
a lot of help out front
and didn't have to force
things. We all saw the
results. I give Burton a
lot of the credit for this.
Also....coaching.
