#calgorithm vs Pitt

Some people are just taking all the Cal wordplay too seriously. These are young college kids with a sense of humor.

I've always appreciated a good sense of humor. In time, I might grow to dislike them, but for now, I enjoy the Berkely banter.

Compared to most West Virginia fans, these Berkely students are a wonderful breath of fresh air. Welcome aboard, Cal. Glad you're in the ACC.

I absolutely love this Cal addition because they've been so fun. And their football team has been good so far.

Maybe the best Gameday of all time. Another sign that wasnt mentioned:

While Cristobal was being interviewed, they had a sign behind him that said "Mario, learn from Kap and take a knee" in reference to him losing 2 games for running a play instead of taking a knee. I think the other was against Stanford maybe so they know.

Honestly - our our sports journalist couldn’t do that for any of our teams !
They just spout hot takes, cliches , and conventional wisdom !
It looks as if this is an “amateur” publication, and not comprised of professional journalists.

“Write For California is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.”

Which makes it even more impressive.

Yeah - that’s what I mean -
It’s just some amateurs who really did their research .
There are a handful of national folks who do stuff like that (Mina kines for example )

It gives me some hope that maybe actual insight isn’t dead yet

Those are solid, and maybe it's the homer in me; but my favorite GameDay sign to this day is from when they were in Pittsburgh for the Pitt vs VT game in 2003:

"Cleveland Steamer for Beamer"

Was someone on this board responsible for that sign?
I think the best sign ever on GameDay was "Corso wears a merkin" for those that don't know, a merkin is a pubic toupee/wig
