i think this team can be pretty respectable next year. i'm not saying they're going to win the ACC. BUT, i think coach will get a piece or two who can contribute next season. as noted, plenty of kids not committed right now. plenty of transfers coming. he can offer: 1 - himself, 2 - immediate playing time in the ACC, 3 - scenic tours of the hill district (kidding).
i know 0-18 in conference sounds terrible. and it is. BUT, it isn't a massive upgrade to get to middle of the pack in the conference. i don't think we'll get there (FSU, Cuse of this year). but i don't think we're looking at 0-4 conference wins, either. maybe like a BC - get a friendly OOC schedule, get 12 wins. throw in another 6 or so in conference.
would be a nice upgrade to get to the NIT next year. i think he can do it. like i said, call me crazy...
