Cameron Monteiro - my vote for most intriguing signee

Clearly his outstanding high school performance was against much inferior competition. His HUDL tape shows few pass plays and no plays revealing his wide receiver skill set. On the other hand, he was so much better than his on field competition there is no way to evaluate how good he might be. This being said, he did seem fast for his size and he had some lateral moves. I wouldn't be surprised if he was a dud or major star.
