It seems Chambers got a game suspension for pushing a player and getting caught when the 7-7, 0-3 lions lost to Michigan.

His ceiling isn't going to get any higher. Would love to see Capel take a shot at recruiting in Philly.

I certainly hope he stays there. I am afraid that one day Penn State will take a tiny fraction away from football and spend big bucks on bball like all the SEC "football first" schools did and hire a big time coach

I should be clear. I want him there forever too. But what I want more is to recruit Philly!

Remember this about PSU basketball...during the season they wouldn't let the team practice in the Jordan center once because of a job fair and another time because of a bon jovi concert. That is an example of why their last coach went to Navy of all places. Plus the seating is a big clusterf--- in the Jordan center. Some paper (of course not the PG) ran a story of how screwed up it is; they tarp off seats, but then some games they get big walkups and they turn people away (reason for big walkups was that on a nice weather day fans will be more likely to drive and take in a game on a Saturday or Sunday, according to one quoted fan).

They just don't care a whole lot about basketball. The weird thing is women's basketball has been fairly decent historically.
