Chances this happens in Pa?

Given how Wolf and others have handled to date? I'd say PA is more likely to fall in line with NY than not.
Our numbers have decreased more % wise than almost any other state over the past week, and don’t have nearly as many total deaths as NY. Wolf has handled this situation pretty well all things considered.

Oh, I agree. I just expect him - like NJ and NY - to come to the same determination regarding butts in seats in PA.

As in, I think it's pretty likely that there won't be any fans at games in PA. I'd put it 75%+.

I don’t know. Why should it get to jump line when nothing else can?
I understand what your saying but alot of variables involved in playing football this fall. Without fans in the stands alot of big donors at st penn would be fairly pissed off. It's all about the fans in college football. Without fans, bands, and the pageantry that goes along with it college football would be very sad.

Which is exactly why University Park will let the Harrisburg know what it’s plans are. Heck, if they can find a way to shut Pitt and Temple down out of spite while they’re at it, they will.

Not in Harrisburg.
We'll see, they do have to play against teams from other states. Look, I'm not trying to rain on anybody's parade but I seriously doubt there will be college football this fall. The ncaa might try but doubt the season is played out. Also this no fans in the stadiums bs is crazy. Smh

I don't care if sports aren't played this season, but this will be a -- if passed on -- what if(?) year for Pitt. I truly believe this team can win 10+.

For the first time in years I also truly believe Pitt can win 10. But the way things are going we will probably only play the conf games. Of course this is the year we only play one tough non conf game haha. We had 3 non conf wins lined up and we have the ability to beat ND. Speaking of ND if teams only play conf games the ACC should say the hell with ND and their special conf privileges.

I'm with you on this! I'm not rooting against college football not being played just looking at it objectively and realistically. H2P!!!!!

It's going to be weird. Golf is being played without fans, and I have already gotten used to it. I have watched parts of the two Pirates exhibition games without fans (okay insert joke) and it wasn't that bad, for one reason, many regular season games are sparsely attended.

Hockey will be next. That is going to be weird. Especially because it is the playoffs.

Football is the toughest when it comes to protecting the players, because it is a fully contact sport, every play, you can't social distance line play. So alot of this will come down to testing and isolation (like they are doing in the NHL and NBA).

It is easy to do this for NFL players where you pay them millions of dollars to do a job. For college, still having trouble seeing how they pull this off if there are only virtual classes, and how they protect and isolate the players, and it is such a fan driven sport.

There will be no fans allowed at Steelers or Eagles games. If college football is played in the fall, which I have said many times, it will not, there will be no fans at Pitt, PSU, or Temple. I could see Wolf allowing maybe 10%-20% capacity if things improve but I doubt that.

“Penn State fans will be pissed...”

lol

like anyone GAF what they think or the level of anger from that cult..,
