I'm really hoping we can land this kid, the former Nit commit. Also, he plays a position of need for us. Not sure if Nebraska is the leader at this point but I'm hoping our coaches can close him.

You see he video of him squatting 730 lbs on Twitter? Duzz retweeted it.

yes, we need, absolutely NEED, two tackles in this class. RD said he isnt close to deciding, that we are in loop but Nebraska is definitely leader.

One thing, we seem to be in on alot of good OL, so while it would be nice to get him, it is not critical.
especially if we can get one of the 2 Juco Tackles and the belle Vernon recruit in the next month or two. that's your two tackles then you can be picky on if another one like this kid wants to commit. play with the numbers a bit by moving kradel over to defense (on paper at least, wont matter til 2 years from now in reality) if you want another O-linemen.

I'm sorry we let him go, I was one of the class presidents of the first Wyoming Valley West graduating class, and would have like to see him play on Saturdays at The Beaver. Nice young man, nice family.

Actually they lost 2 of the top 4 in the country according to 247 in the last month or so.

Maybe they should concentrate more on beating PITT than pounding their chests on recruiting #s.

Take it easy Francis, before you blow a gasket. Your fans & ours were interested as to where Bleich would finally commit after dropping PSU. One of our fellows posted this morning and brought the info to this site.

Try and resolve the difference between civility & rudeness, you’ll live longer. At 68 years old, this “pops” really doesn’t give a $hit about opinions, attitudes let alone “pounding chests on recruiting”…you get the drift.

psu is the only football program that has never lost a recruit.. amazing accomplishment to be honest..

In a way, I almost admire their dedication to themselves. Sometimes I wish had that kind of conviction or self confidence or self righteousness or self delusion or whatever. You could live a very happy life if you lived without any self doubt.

seems to me the young man has chosen to pursue a much more more enticing Beaver in Southern California that he would never ever find up in State College...

Should not have said that, now we will have these fools come in here trying to argue that the women in State College are much better looking than the ones in SoCal.

What on earth is the beaver????

They just don't get it!
I do "get it", there are University of Pittsburgh alumni and then there are subway posters that don't always understand the collage of events that occur during an alumn's time. Midnight brain storming, excesues for the prof, the struggle to find some money for a group get together pizza event, the comrade for sporting events...I could go on all day.

Best to shut down the banter, I didn't know that there was a Bama recruit interested in the program.

P.S., you're right, some big doners in Alabama have no problems w/JoePa, people in PA seem to. I have seen many framed pictures of The Bear & JoePa locked in shoulder to shoulder.
I see Hotshoe is a gold member and can email me directly.

And there you have a PSU degree ! Yikes

I really think you should listen to Hotshoe, no more comments from me,....
I do live in paradise, you understand that. I don't have internet, I don't watch the crap on TV that is delivered to the "mindless" and if I ever catch you on the property without advanced notice, you may become an unknown & missing person.

Here the banjos...youngster?

You should quit posting, as I will not be a further instigator to this thread.
Do the civil thing and shove a sock down your throat and end this.

Won't here from me again on this thread.
Good night to all.

LOL.....;)
Well what do you think happened? He wasn’t fully committed, he was still searching other schools and James had two other tackles with higher ratings but needed some of the ships to open.

Keep drinking the Kool Aid!

Yes, I like to consider myself "old cult" for enriching the lives of humanity.
