There are too many lawyers in this country. Contracts say what they say until a lawyer reads it.

Basis for claim contract is unconscionable. These types of claims only work when one side is large corporation represented by lawyers and the other is a poor uneducated consumer. Clemson signed 2 aCC GORs and resales $100 of millions from the arrangement and was a sophisticated negotiator. Don’t see how such a claim will be successful… even in South Carolina courts
