Were we relegated to the second tier bowls by the ACC or, was it our AD's decision to pass on a Tier 1 Bowl due to the undesirable travel locations and unsold ticket allotment to swallo the cost of?

If the former, we were screwed and I hate to think the reaction if we lose. If the later our AD is more interested in Money than prestige.

Not necessarily. All is okay if that was our choice to want to play Navy in Annapolis on a good day that doesn't interfere with celebrating either Christmas or New Year's and will get a better Pitt fan turnout. I may even go to the game if I can get tickets from either Pitt or my brother in law whose son is a plebe at the Naval Academy.

On the other hand, if the ACC violated its own rules and protocols and kicked us out of a guaranteed Tier 1 bowl without our agreement I want to know that as well.
