Any information on why Maxwell-Black the LB from Florida decommitted from Pitt?

Also Khalil Anderson WR keeps getting offers from high profile schools, the latest being Penn St yesterday. Previously received offers from Miami, SC, Ole Miss, Miss St. Any concerns we lose him?

I think the thr Maxwell-Black decommitment happened because Naquan Brown committed to Pitt.

Honesty, probably had little to do with it. Per Chris Peak's Tuesday evening podcast, he asserted that PITT coaches may very well have moved on from this kid. N. Brown is likely headed for Defensive End. It may take a season or two to get him there but that is likely his landing spot at PITT.

So I ask a simple question, not in a negative way or anything disparaging toward Pitt and get attacked. Douchebags
Regarding Anderson some early commits (COVID-19)have had a chance to see their collegiate teams compete and........

Yeah, no problem with your question or the way you asked it. I think you’ve described the respondents well!

The problem is that there is a crowd of people who don’t want to hear negativity or potential negativity even if it’s valid or worth discussing. So much so that one might be accused of being a troll or a nitter. It’s tired and lazy but it’s not going to stop.

Why or how does it seem that way?
He's still collecting offers and will not sign with the rest of the class next week. In the brief history of the early signing period for football, committed recruits that don't sign early tend to switch their commitment by Feb. There is a reason they are not signing.

See former Pitt committ Brandon Mack, who did the same thing Anderson is doing and signed with Ole Miss

Anderson has signed with PITT!

I'll ask again, what made anybody think he wasn't going to sign with Pitt today?

I did not see any supportive sources of information suggesting otherwise.

It's called Pitt fans being are conditioned after 30+ years of losing games , recruits to expect the worse

That may be true but I'm not a fan of the lugubrious and woe is me attitude.

That's loser talk.
Agree completely however, that is a perception that we will have to overcome if we really want to make it to the next level. Not only within our own fan base, but local and National media. We can't shit the bed EVERY time we are on a big stage

WHAUT? Are you forgetting the 1982 Sugar Bowl?:)
How long ago was that and do you mean to tell me that these kids, these announcers remember that. Please take off your blue and gold glasses and look at recent history.
