Doug Whaley Let Go by Bills

Pegula (Bills Owner) is a Nitter I believe. Maybe he can hire Matt Millen.
I would suddenly not feel so great about Nate in buffalo. I'll give Matt Millen credit, he was a damn good player. But holy hell I don't know if there's ever been anyone worse in league history in the front office.

Kind of bizarre. Give him an extension just a year ago. Then apparently grew unhappy with the guy right away. In fact, apparently unhappy for some time ... yet let him stay on, stay intimately involved in the draft ... then fire him the next day? And also to make it a point to say his wife had a role in deciding to fire him. Um, ok.

Yeah the comment about his wife being involved in the decision was really unprofessional. In demand people will take note of this when considering working for him ( and of course his wife)

Hey, there's no problem in valuing and trusting your spouse, or maybe even giving her the main say (often it probably would work out better!). However, that doesn't seem to be how it is typically done in their organization, and it was almost like he made a point to say it so that people would blame HER if it was unpopular. Just bizarre, like I said.
