Nice job on the highlights against Duke on Pitt LiveWire. Here's the LINK.
--Pitt did a really nice job of breaking up passes this game by either hitting the WRs, or getting their hands in, just as the pass arrived. Duke could easily have had a few more touchdowns without those plays by the DBs.
--Matt Steinbeck did a nice job to break up that fake FG. He hesitated just a sec, but was quick enough to recover and bat the ball away. Too bad he won't be around longer...
--Neat - as Coach Chryst would say - to see some of the backups get snaps. Guys like Folston and Moody... I'm still puzzled why we don't see Connor Dintino get some snaps...
--I was listening to the game on the radio and on the TD catch by JP Holtz, Pat Bostick said that JP was "open by a foot." Well, on that sideline pass to Zach Challingsworth, he was open by less than a foot. Those were a couple of awesome throws by NP.
Go Pitt.
