They announced numbers 26-150 today, with the remaining 25 to be announced in the coming days.
So far it looks like Pitt has Larry Fitzgerald (#46), Dan Marino (#67), Mike Ditka (#78), and Bill Fralic (#92) on the list. Since they’re not on the list so far and are generally considered all-time greats, I have to think that Tony Dorsett and Hugh Green will make the top 25. If I’m right, then 6 out of the top 100 for Pitt ain’t too shabby.
I also didn’t notice Aaron Donald on the list either, and strongly doubt he’d be considered top 25, but certainly thought his senior season might make him worthy of inclusion somewhere in the top 150. That’s especially true in my mind since Ndamakong Suh is on there at number 63 and their college careers were in the same era and compare quite favorably.
