I don't think it works that way.... but you could try.

Some interesting number here..
Texas (5-7 this year)..... 28-1
ND (Stunk this year) 40-1
TCU (6-7 this year).... 75-1
NC State (would have to beat FSU & Clemson).... 100-1
Pitt... 250-1

Looking at these bets... I would say Pitt is a good bet compared to the others...

No, you won't find that anywhere.

At the most you will see "won't win" odds on Alabama and maybe 1 or 2 others at a couple shops.

As the season goes on and a few teams establish themselves as dominant you might see Will or Wont props on a few more teams
