GAME THREAD .... Pitt vs Navy ......

That might be a little premature Stewie... we are generally a 2nd half team, been that way all year for some reason. If our LBs don't get active in a hurry, you will be the smart one turning the game off though -- been a real stinker so far.
What I'd do:
- surprise onside to start second half. Big deal if navy has to go 50 yds instead of 75.
- give Peterman one more series. Then swit ch to Voytik if he continues to suck.
- need to gamble and try to get TOs. If navy scores quickly, that beats them burning 8 minutes to do it.

looked like the way the ball hung up there, golambos should have been able to get a hand on it
The Navy guys next step isn't the NFL , Corp America, or some dive bar in an inner city its the military.
For Navy guys if they're not prepared or make mistakes at the next level you or others die so they work hard to be a team and support each other.
Prep, attention to details and teamwork is why they do this!

This game is history. If Pitt scores they need to do an onside kick after every score. That's their only chance. Otherwise Navy eats up 6 or 7 minutes every time they have the ball.
Pitt just scored again. Now let's see if they go Onside Kick. They have all three of their timeouts. Just need a break.
Pitt has guys in position to make a stop. They just aren't athletic enough to make the tackles in space.
Navy isn't an overall fast team. But their skill players are. Both of their tailbacks are fast and Keenan Reynolds is fast too for a QB. That's what I am talking about. Not their entire team. Pitt is stopping the Dive just fine. What is happening is when Navy runs wide either with the option or with the Toss Sweep then Pitt's Linebackers are scraping but not making the tackle out there is space.
Again the HL calls offsides when there was no contact and the ball was not snapped
