Gardner -Webb to the ACC?

Well, of course not, but they beat Wake Forrest at Wake yesterday. Also a few games
ago, they beat Georgia Tech at GT. If Gardner Webb, who has lost to the likes of
Eastern Illinois and Ark. ST. can win on their floors...we certainly can too.

By the way, Louisville and Kentucky on the tube (ESPNU) right now. Not to be
politically incorrect, but Louisville is wearing pink uniforms. Pink or not, they're
gonna be tough for us.

I was thinking the ACC was adding them for an olympic sport but the ACC is the only conference not to have associate members so I still was thinking WTF

Isn't ND considered an associate member since they don't participate in all ACC sports?

No. They are more like a full member who elects not to play football in the league.

Sagarin rating has Gardner-Webb 177th is a little better than Niagara 238th! Pitt 79th, Ga Tech 83rd, Boston College 100, and Wake Forest 153rd!

I don't base my opinions or projections on Sagarin, but since you posted
their ratings here, my original point as OC remains. We ought to win against
both GT and Wake since Gardner-Webb with a lower rating beat them both on
their own floors. I've seen Boston College on t.v. and IMO they're better
than Sagarin's rating of 100.
Those are the three teams that in an earlier post I thought we had a chance
to beat....maybe two out of those three.

But all of these ratings will change, some drastically, in the next couple of weeks. That includes ours.
