Pitt loses game 1 to #9 FSU, 2-1 on 2 run walk off hit and then comes back to win game 2, 1-0 on 2 out, 2 strike hit by Olivia Gray. Pitt got out of bases loaded, no out jam in the bottom of 7th.

Gray also had an unassisted DP in the bottom of the 8th. With the tying run on second and none out, she went high to snag a line drive and then tagged the runner before she could get back to the bag.
It is a real good result in the road considering the opponent, but it would have been great to get the sweep.

Got beat today 8-0. This series showed the importance of great pitching. FSU has two aces, one a transfer from FAU. They gave up 2 runs in 22 innings. Amazingly, we won 1 game.
Aprile is going to have to get an ace pitcher on the transfer market for next season. We lose a lot of offense plus Kayla Harris, one of our two pitchers. Without Z and Taylor, our attack will be much less next season.
