The royalty payment for the video game were released. The payments were based on the number of top 25 finishes in the past 10 years:

Tier 1 (6-10 Top 25 finishes): $99,875.16
Tier 2 (2-5): $59,925.09
Tier 3 (1): $39,950.06
Tier 4: (0): $9,987.52

Pitt is in Tier 2 with Clemson being the only the ACC school in Tier 1.

Is that what EA is paying the school? Or is it paying that amount to each of the players on the roster for NIL? The Ed O'Bannon lawsuit said they had to pay the players NIL, right?

This is what EA is paying the schools. I believe each player is getting a few hundred dollars and a copy of the game.

$600.

But that is the base rate. They are also paying a lot of players additional money for promotional purposes. There are probably at least several players on each team, or at least each P4 team, that are getting more than the base rate.
