People don't realize what a job he did at Pitt with ZERO SUPPORT
I was told that Pitt would regret getting rid of Wanny, when it happened. That has proven to have been correct

Pitt's excellent offense last year, with Chryst recruits, overshawdowed what a clusterf**k this defense has been, really since Wanny was canned. And this guy is supposed to be a defensive minded specialist.
Getting Wanny back is really Pitt's only option, and that could bring some of the fans back who abandoned Pitt when he was discarded.

Guy was a great coordinator, but not suited to be the head guy.

No, he recruited the same but played in the Big East. So the schedule was much easier and he always had the better players, and still managed to blow it again and again.

But he had us ranked #9 in the country prior to the wv game in 2009.He#l I even had to do a double take at the screen.We haven't been anywhere near that type of ranking since.They did however crap the bed two weeks in a row to put an end to any type good bowl game.

Agreed. The jury is still out on Pat Narduzzi's head coaching abilities. When I posted something similar to that last season people on this board acted like I was the biggest idiot on the planet.
Actually I was 5 or 6 years old when Sherrill left so I thought they fired him. Why did he leave?
I had issues with Wanny but lord nothing like this ever occurred with him coaching.
This is unacceptable and changes need to be made immediately.
