Let’s just hope Pat doesn’t have a child who goes 13-12 as a starter, retire his number, and then have the rest of the football world pass on him.
They have that kid all branded up and are ready to start peddling merchandise. Even had a special backdrop for his interview with the brand. What a mess. The crash out will be epic and sad but I just can't imagine seasoned veterans putting up with the sideshow.

I fell asleep watching the draft and woke up this AM with a tv on and espn. I don’t watch much espn so I had forgotten what a propaganda arm they are. It’s was all sanders talk all the time. They are making him out to be the next Tom Brady.

I have no idea how Kiper still has a job. Didn't he promise to quit if Jimmy Clausen wasn't any good?

Can you all remind me pat’s record the last 2 years?
Because seems it was 10-15 to me .
Maybe not the flex?

I mean Colorado was 5- 19 the 2 years before Deion
Is improving by 8 wins over two seasons and actually a bad job ?
They improved by 3 wins in year 1
Then improved another wins in year 2

I mean - he also won a Jacksonville State, after a successful HS coaching career .
Maybe - he is actually a good coach?

Said it in the other thread, but he's become Dick Vitale. He just goes on his own tangents and starts rambling to basically himself. They need go debate mode and give him about 12 seconds to say his piece before shutting his mic off.

More like Aaron Rodgers in fairness - or Russell Wilson or Drew Brees is a better comp.
I have no idea if he will succeed in the nfl but sliding out of the first isn’t uncommon for short pocket passers .
It’s more common than morons like Tepper trading a bunch to draft one first overall

The funniest part would be Deion coaching Pitt in two years and bringing them back to relevance. I mean he is at Colorado… Wouldn’t he want to watch his son on sundays and be a bigger part of his life? He could still coach college Saturdays at Pitt. But Steelers went DT and this is a moot point now.

Well he actually compared him to Tom Brady. That’s not hyperbole.

You could sense the disappointment as Mel went almost speechless when Jaxon Dart was called.
It was the most epic of meltdowns. I don’t remember Mel melting down like that since the infamous time in the 80’a with the Colts.

And espn overall was just bad.

He didn’t
He was naming great qbs that didn’t get drafted in the first - because they are pure pocket passers , which isn’t valued .

Not to defend that hair dried moron - but that was the actual context , which he said before the list .
