John Steigerwald talking about a new stadium right now and inviting callers

He wants those who disagree to call in and refute

Reminds me of the time that I was at a social gathering, and I spoke with a guy who hosted a radio talk show. The guy said how simple it was: when the calls got slow, all that he had to do was to start discussing some low-hanging fruit - such as "abortion" - and his call board would instantly light-up. Apparently Steigerwald is in need of low-hanging fruit.

Pitt stadium was a great place to watch a game. It was the Pitt administration that let it go when Pitt football was winning big. It needed repairs and updated no doubt. Plus it was Pitt's own. IF you noticed fans have not been going to Pitt games for years Heinz field and Pitt stadium. There was tradition and 56,500 was a nice size for Pitt.

Obviously he’s desperate

I see the Pitt Athletic Department propaganda trolls are out in force on this topic. "You must kill this discussion! We can't let the public know how stupid the Pitt Administration was!! "
.
It's kind of like all the Libtards on CNN and MSNBC riding their ratings into the ground.

Pitt, run by the Dumbest "Smart People" to walk the face of the Earth!

When people try to make false equivalencies by invoking politics into a non political comment they lose all credibility immediately

Are Steveee Pederson and Nerdy "kill football" Nordenberg back? How about Bozo Bozik? Dean Billick?

Again, Pitt run by the Dumbest people to walk the face of the Earth !!!

Was anything said interesting

He made a good point that Pitt doesn't have the money for Victory Heights and they aren't likely to get it, but if a football stadium was part of the proposal they would be able to earn more.
