since we hijacked the one on the BB board (sorry, jim).

if you like crispy, i have two methods:
* boil to get extra fat off. then cook at 425/450 for around 45 minutes.
(better method) * cook at around 225/250 for around 2 hours. then put on high heat for 45 minutes.
