Loe for 2017..

Just from watching his sophomore highlights, he looks like a great pick up: very tough, quite aware of where the ball is, a tremendous tackler, and always in position to make plays. And to think he will only be a junior this season. I would imagine he has a good chance to bump up to 4 stars.
He may be a step slow for the CB position at the D1 level, but he could end up being a steal and a very talented safety.
Pretty cool of Conklin to let him call a play on defense during his visit to Pitt. I wonder if that play he called, resulting in a pick 6, sealed the deal for him to commit.

Per J-Town Tribune-Democrat, Loe is No. 11 on Rival's ranking of the top Pennsylvania prospects for the class of 2017 and the No. 3 defensive back.
I'd say he is a very good pick-up for Pitt.
Seemed like a great kid on interviews, and his tape looks very good. I like the pick-up!
I know a lot of the guys over there and there is a lot of respect for Pitt in Johnstown. Pitt has given kids a chance to show what they are made of and it's always paid off.
He will need to get stronger. However, I expect his recruitment to blow up after his senior season. I'm not a fan of early commits. I'm hoping we hold onto him.
He seems to be a very good keystone type kid, who is in tight with the others from his class, and openly lobbies for them to join him. Sounds solid, I like the verbal.
