this is just about likeability. she'll be judged on wins and losses, same as any AD.
i thought barnes checked a lot of boxes and was a good decision to hire. but he just came across as arrogant to me. dismissive of the supporters. not just the KS thing - before that.
then of course, we had smilin' steve and the other total duds. i guess we can count marc boehm - he was ok but obviously not official AD (technically, the guy who hired jamie).
it's nice to see an AD who can actually connect with fans, not making them feel as if it's a burden to be around them.
