My 2 biggest issues

1 . How does a team with 4 seniors and 4 juniors have no Leader at all ? No one even close to a leader actually .. They lack toughness and other teams sense it and Punch us in the mouth .. Then we fold

2 . There is no end in sight , we don't have top notch recruits coming who are going to change the course of the program .. Kitchcart and Manigault will be very good players but it may take a little while for them , Although Kitchcart could start from day 1 because of his defense alone .. Other than that , the future doesn't look that bright .. I really hope Jamie can turn this around

On 2. How do you know Kitchcart and Manigault will be very good players for us. They're not here yet. However, I hope you're right.
