Navy game thread

We definitely look much more active on both ends. Carr has been impressive, as has JWF. Both look like players.

Good to see Phil in mid-season form, too! ;-)

Watching the game, and so far the inexperience is showing. Afraid to go into paint on offense the first 10 mins and were missing open cutters. Defensive rotations have slipped up a little bit as well. Couple other things like travels and carries but that'll go away once the jitters are gone.

I liked Frame, Carr, and Luther. Luther opened up the inside on offense, which Stevenson did a good job of too. Also, nice shooting by Frame and Carr. Let's keep it up in the second. Definitely could be worse.

There's definitely some talent on this team. For being their first game together, that was a damn good half of basketball. I really like that with what we have this year Luther should not have to be relied on to shoot very many 3's at all. Let him play defense and rebound, maybe score 4-5 buckets a night in the paint.

This team hustles and looks like they know what they are doing on offense. And I am impressed with the physical size of the recruits. They are fairly good size for freshman.

This would be a pretty sizeable upset if pitt wins. What can you actually expect from a team with no experience together? That said stallings completely pissed away this half. Milligan is the worst basketball player I've ever seen in my life and his downright refusal to call a timeout is the most puzzling thing in all of sports.

Can't score easy baskets. This jump shooting team will be fun to watch develop. But it will be frustrating when the shots aren't falling.

No scoring presence inside. Going to make it tough for us and result in these kinds of dry spells.

If Stewart is gonna chuck like a douchenazzle, he needs to cut that floppy hair. I can’t watch that all year. He should go full-on Ramon doppelgänger.
