Nobody wants corhen?

Corhen was exactly who we thought he would be, an offensive talent with average rebounding. But he was playing out of position. Compare his rebounding and ORTG from this year and last at FSU and he improved on offensive efficiency and DR and slightly decreased on OR. He was the goat because GDG had a massive regression and Kante was more raw than hoped. Pair him with Jackson who, if his rebound efficiency numbers also translate, Pitt will have a massively improved front court game. Corhen isn’t an 1st or second team all American, but he is serviceable enough to be a meaningful contributor even though most here have written him off.

Capel stated that he was playing out of position at Florida State. As it turns out, he's simply not a complete player at either position.

I'd be surprised if the plan is to roll with Corhen at the 4 and Jackson at the 5 for any sort of extended periods. My guess is they're sharing minutes at the 5. I'm thinking Capel wants more of a wing who can shoot at the 4.

he is a 15 minute guy here at best

How do u know teams haven't contacted him? Most on here have no freakin clue and spout off like tea kettles.
I don’t doubt he’s been contacted. But the question is by whom? More likely it’d be a move down as opposed to a move up unless he’s a depth piece like Federiko.

That's the funny thing with all these people who insist that Corhen was really a four who was being miscast as a five last year. Just the year before our esteemed head coach told us he would be a good pickup because what he was, in fact, was a five who was being miscast as a four.

Given Corhen's skill set and how our coach wants to play the game, people who think that Corhen is going to really show us all some good play if/when we move him to the four are likely to be disappointed.

Extremely disappointed.

Is there anybody out there that might just figure out that he was the best option that JC could get . Pitt isn’t high up on the food chain !

Yeah, I don't understand this move him to the 4 talk. He'd be even worse at the 4 under this coach.

He should be moved to the bench for 20+ minutes a game. Unfortunately, that's not going to happen either.

At best, Corhen and Jackson need to split the 5 and we need another 3/4.
