Well, actually it looked half-full.
It didn't look anywhere close to half full. Which makes sense, because it wasn't.
Although I guess I could see how someone who believes the numbers that Pitt makes up could think that crowd was half full.
10,000 at the ND game, almost all of them were students.
ND did a nice job fighting Covid after having to shut down in August.
Signs everywhere saying "We wear masks, wash hands, keep social distance".
Masks are mandatory for everyone on campus. As you said, students were shamed if they didn't.
An ND professor came up with the seating arrangements for the students at the game.
Students were told to sit with their dorm mates only and not move around. Looks like they obeyed.
The students have bought into the anti-Covid measures and were able to enjoy the game as a result.
What happens afterwards is going to happen if there are 80,000 in Notre Dame Stadium or 0 in Notre Dame stadium.I don't think what happens at these football games is that big of deal. I think it is what happens afterwards that is.
They didn't obey as can be seen by the endzone section which looked rather full.
Yes. And I hated to see this slovenly family of steelworkers come in from Joliet then refuse to abide by social distancing rules and celebrate their scrub backup of a son who gets in for one play and makes a meaningless tackle in a decided game like it was the Super Bowl.Did you watch the entire game and the views of the entire crowd?
