I appreciate your reply and understand your position. I disagree, but that's why we talk about these things.
I'm one who believes that the economy will be thriving, inflation will be way down, the illegal alien problem will be over, the debt will be reduced, foreign conflicts will be resolved (even though we have no business in any of them), and people will be happier with more money in their pockets again. That won't bode well for anyone on the Dem side trying to run. Add to that that the Dems don't really have a competent candidate and they are screwed.
We know Trump can't run again. I believe that JD Vance is actually a better candidate than Trump would be or was on substance. Trump is a showman and makes a splash. he makes deals. Vance is more common sense, hard-nosed and with strong morals and commitment. But that's just my opinion. The Dems have to reconstruct their entire party and rethink their platforms. That won't be easy when they're making fools of themselves and no one trusts them.
