Sonic Youth? My Bloody Valentine?

I mean Sonic Youth? Kool Thing. Bull in the Heather. Teenage Riot. And the coolest cover of the Carpenters Superstar.

My Bloody Valentine had less hits, but Only Shallow had airplay in the 90's. They were like a harder version of Veruca Salt.

Yeah I just remember all distortion and no melodic content. I do remember Kool Thing and Only Shadow.
