If you can see and pleat, use the one above. The three I linked above are pretty much, or completely without sewing.
for the filter option in the fold over mask, I am trying a Filtrete 1500 filter. (Below). Due to gaps in the mask, I am not sure if this will make any difference. Cloth can be washed. The filter medium should be baked at 70C for 1 hour.
