Imagine if GTown had hired him back in 99 instead of Esherick. He should have been on the short list given he’s a local and was coaching nearby at Delaware.

Brey has a ton of contacts in DC and could’ve done very well.

Brey is 63. Certainly young enough to have something left in the tank, but this looks like a steep climb at Georgetown given the last couple of seasons. I’d be very interested to see how this would work out. I agree that this would have been a slam dunk several years back.
