Perhaps that’s why potential head coaching candidates are so reluctant to go to Auburn. If Malzahn’s tenure there isn’t good enough, what is? Can’t use what Saban has done as a measuring stick for the rest of the conference, in my opinion.Somebody has to wear the goat horns. Guess Bo gets the honors.
That’ll work to cover Orgeron’s butt this year, I suppose. But maybe not next year. Think Ed O needs to find an OC like Brady and a DC like Aranda to survive long term done there In a division with Alabama, Auburn, TX A&M, etc. Even with all that talent it wont be easy. Good luck!
Bo is a huge dropoff from an Aranda. Like Maserati to Ford Focus kind of drop off.Somebody has to wear the goat horns. Guess Bo gets the honors.

The Steubenville Big Red approve of this message! He can maybe go join his brother Carl at Cardinal Mooney HS and help continue to run that once great program into the ground.
I need his agent.Bo knows contracts! 😉

Nebraska's Bo Pelini buyout totals $6.54 million
A document obtained by The World-Herald indicates Nebraska is on the hook for $6.54 million over the next four years to buy out the contract of former Husker head football coach Bo Pelini. The majority of the payments will be made in monthly installments of $128,009.
What was Canada's buyout at LSU?
1.7 mil. Which seemed ridiculous at the time.

It's just amazing to me that after the pinch of a Covid year, we still see schools throwing around obscene amounts of money with seemingly no restraints.
Not as much as a great offensive mind who took that good QB from just another guy with potential but not much production to the Heisman Trophy and #1 pick in one season.Amazing what a good QB does for your program...
