OT: Remembering Walton and Bowie...

Yep, 2 potential great players held back by injuries. Walton was slightly ahead of my time. I caught the back end of his career which by then was pretty limited. Had a nice role off the bench for the Celtics, but man he would've been fun to watch healthy. Missed his Portland days.

I remember watching in awe as Walton destroyed Memphis State in the 1973 NCAA National Championship Game.

Bill made 21 out of 22 shots from the field and ended with 44 points.
