Working in Athens GA this week. After work headed over to Sanford Stadium. This will possibly be the center of the college football universe for the next 5 to 10 years. Anyhow parked found an open gate and went in, some grads were there getting pictures etc. This place is a dump, 90% bleachers 1 video board very little open space old bathrooms and from what I can see concessions. I could not find any parking, I did not see 1 parking lot and I drove around the stadium at least 3 times, keep in mind students just graduated and the town is like a ghost town til summer session starts. It always cracks me up when people bitch about Acrisure, maybe for a pro stadium its not great, but for a college stadium it is one of the best I have seen, and i have seen a lot of them. Im not even sure how UGA gets all the people into the stadium, literally no parking. Where do they tain gate? Just my observation.
