That makes no sense. There are different degrees of winning. I watch football for entertainment. Winning big games, rivalry games, conference championships and bowl games are entertaining. As a Pitt fan if you truly believe that National championship are all that matter, how can you even justify watching any games, because we have no chance of winning it all?

I love James Conner too... he won some outstanding individual awards while at Pitt but not a team championship.
