Oakland celebrations of Philly sports championships are a long tradition. When you lived on campus it was when you realized just how many Philly kids went to
Pitt.

Even I am willing to give Sean Miller Fan the benefit of sarcasm. Any person who has take a single class at Pitt knows how big the Philly percentage is among students.

Just for the record….I told you guys Pat Mahomes was OVERRATED and he got exposed. Difference is this time the Eagles made him turn into a true passing QB and that is not his game. He is a product of the mediocrity of the NFL and the lack of defense in the league

Oakland celebrations of Philly sports championships are a long tradition. When you lived on campus it was when you realized just how many Philly kids went to
Pitt.

We were flooded with eastern PA kids, and then there's the NJ ones who couldn't pronounce the word "water." I roomed with some of them. This was 98-01. I spent my frosh year at St Vincent before xferring to Pitt.

I also recall multiple flyers flags posted up in south Oakland.

Obviously, I WAS being sarcastic as Philly students make up a good percentage of Pitt students. There really are no good in-state public options in Eastern PA. PSU essentially killed the state school system. Their branch campuses in every county take so many kids away from the West Chester's and Bloomsburg's that those schools can never be anything. Like Cal I, IUP, Slippery Rock, etc.
