PITT/Clemson game thread

Being inside the 20 under 2 minutes and false start + sack and not getting the td and settling
For fg hurt

They needed one more first down on that possession for the clock to truly be a factor but the calls on first and second down made it appear as if they were playing for the FG. Even with no timeouts 1:30 is an eternity when you only need a FG to tie, especially with the clock stopping on 1st downs.

It sucks as even with all the mistakes Pitt really played a gutsy game and was much the better team in the 2nd half. Even though Clemson is far from a great team this year they still have the name recognition and it would’ve been a solid win for the program.

As weird as it would've sounded in the first half, it felt like Pitt was destined to win the game in the second. They were doing just enough on offense and the defense was swarming. A real good crowd for the home finale as well. Just frustrating this team has so much trouble getting over the hump. That game should've been theirs today.
