So looking through the draft results from the weekend I spent an hour picking out the guys with Pitt offers (or almost offers) and figured I'd share. I don't remember all the recruitments exactly but I included the bits I remembered or could find in old articles.
Some of these are Narduzzi, some are Chryst.
Should Have Offered
2015 – QB James Morgan – Bowling Green / FIU – From Wisconsin and Chryst recruited him but he just never offered and that was always weird.
2017 – S Kenny Robinson – West Va – We offered but obviously he should have been a no-matter what
2017 – S Geno Stone – Iowa – Yeah clearly
Missed On
2017 – Mekhi Becton – Louisville – Would have been nice to land him
2015 – DaVon Hamilton – Ohio St – Committed to Chryst, eventually committed to Kentucky then flipped in January
2016 – K’Von Wallace – Clemson – We were close to flipping him from Cincinnati in Dec/Jan when Clemson, Mich St and Ohio State all offered like the same day and that was that
2017 – Josiah Scott – Michigan St – I think he really liked us right up until Michigan State offered
2016 – LB Khaleke Hudson – Michigan – Think we all remember this one
2016 – LB Cam Brown – Penn St – I think we made his Top 3 but he chose PSU
2016 – S Antoine Brooks – Maryland – Visited but picked Maryland pretty early
2015 – LB Markus Bailey – Purdue – Losing anyone to Hazel Purdue is bad
2016 – QB Nate Stanley – Iowa – Chryst offered and he camped here
