Would have loved Mickey to have gotten to 5-0 there, but never got there and gave up a late reversal although he looked like the better wrestler throughout. Might have needed an extra point from him to win tonight?

Mathews forces OT on a last second headlock
I thought Mickey wrestled smart. With the riding time secured he went for the back points, couldn’t get them and gave up the meaningless reversal.
I thought there was going to be a late stall on Wilson, but I am biased and not knowledgeable. That was exciting.
Thanks, I jumped up a yelled when Mathews hit that headlock. Thought he won at the buzzer.
I really thought he could have pulled a win there. 2 stalling calls and a late attack from Matthew’s hoped for a stalling point.
Big win. Finally nice to see him open up at the end. Kemmerer looked so good in the off season firing off shots but wasn’t really seeing it so far this year. Hopefully his confidence will rise after that performance
Matthews is always going to be decent. Never going to be great. He’s so reliant on that front headlock. Had three good opportunities to take Wilson down and couldn’t finish any of them. Had the stalling call on him and wasn’t aggressive enough to get another stalling call.
Has real trouble with longer wrestlers like Wilson.
That loss might really be important with Kemerer’s win. I’m assuming Hidlay is going to get 5 or 6 at 157.

Define “the correct way”. I think some French people may have some issues with the Western PA bastardization of DuBois and Versailles...
165 was a killer. Terrible mistake on that reversal by Wentzel.
