The D had been solid, the offense looks confused in their blocking scheme. Not good for a team that wants to pound the ball.

Very early , not impressed with Canada play calling in game 1 , but I think he is just a so so coach anyhow
Looks like as soon as we weren't getting as much success as we thought we would on offense, they abandoned that and went to the passing game, which has been even worse.
He is worse, tried to tell everyone this, and was ridiculed. Hope our D is super all year
You said Canada would run 65% of the time. He is on pace for 35-40 pass attempts. You were so sure Canada would run such a different game plan.Canada is not playing to our strengths.
-Conner is averaging 2 yards per carry. Its his first game back. And we are 1 quarter into the season.

Pitt's bowl game D should get all the credit for launching Houston's program.

Two things for those of you complaining about the offense: 1) Narduzzi said on the pre-game that they were going to be "basic." They don't want to tip their hand to the next opponents. 2) Villanova is stacking the box with like 10 men. You pass when they do that. Have you never watched football?
