Well, that was a heck of a lot more fun then the past 5 games. Nice to get a W.

A few quick observations:

1. Yarnell can play. I'm not just saying that because we won. He was cool under pressure. Made the right reads and got rid of the ball quickly to the right receiver. He was accurate with his throws. Took care of the ball. Really can't say enough good things about that kid. He's not going to be confused with Michael Vick but he moves well enough to buy time.

2. Hammond was terrific. Really makes you wonder why he wasn't used more throughout the year.

3. We actually used our TE's tonight. Nice to see.

4. While the offense played it's best game of the's syear, the defense did just enough to win. Still concerned about how badly we got gashed up the middle. Pressure on their QB made the difference.

Let's see if they can keep it up one more game. At least it looks like we have a QB for next year.

Hammond seemed to get on mini rolls in earlier games but was yanked. He’s had runs and games like tonight’s in the past. Ask Cig.
