It's still a late hit. I agree it is not dirty, but it's a penalty every time. It's been called that way for the past 30 years.

That hit gets called 100 percent of the time at every level of football when it's the QB.

Sorry man, that’s not how it works. This number kept edging up due to sharp play on Pitt, not total money. Books that I know of here in Vegas actually need Pitt slightly or have no real decision on the game.
