2. Needing to substitute guys in right before the snap coming out of a timeout? We knew they were going to do a QB sneak.

First, that was a Narduzzi special with that timeout on the 1/2 yard line. Second, they were still confused and running guys onto the field at the last second even after the timeout. Smooth.
