This first half summed up.

Pitt leads early, Brown checks in, AKC out. FSU goes on 7-0 run immediately and holds the lead throughout. We always fail to box out and seal when Brown checks in.
Xavier Johnson rejected on a 3 point play. Then fouls the player that rejected him for a 3 point play on the other end. Johnson is 0-7 shooting with 2 turnovers and gift wrapped FSU a 3 point play right after a turnover.
Pitt plays excellent defense all possession and Wyatt Wilkes makes a 3 point corner heave as time expires on the shotclock.
Femi Odukale is 3-3 shooting for 6 points and 1 assist coming off the bench.
Nike Sibande with a decent half of 6 points, 5 boards, and 2 assists.
Actually a competitive half without Toney with Johnson trying to give the game away. But at least Johnson has shut up so far. Hopefully X plays better 2nd half although Femi deserves minutes and I really want to see extended pressure on defense with Femi and Sibande 2nd half in spurts with extended defensive pressure.

I’m not seeing much energy
I watch 3 players standing still or barely moving
because we have no offensive identity
They do not know how to win and they are the most non-clutch shooters every time they get close they cannot convert the last 2 games they’ve had numerous chances to put pressure on the other side but can’t get ahead
not artfully stated on my part. I should have expounded to say the guy with the ball expends a lot of time & energy with little to show
Which is why I’m over this coaching staff
We do the same thing every game and expect different results
the coaches are lazy
Perhaps a little lost in Johnson's poor shooting game, Horton is now 2-11 from the field. It's hard to win when your starting one and two are a combined 4-20 in the first 31 minutes of the game.
Tough call there on Femi. Punched in the mouth and then elbowed in jaw and gets a fouled called on him.

So Gray smacks Odukale in the face going for the rebound, and then elbows him in the face when he's taking the shot, and somehow that's a foul on Odukale.
How on earth do they review that and not call either of the two hits to the face?
In fairness, we look like boys against men today. FSU is bigger and stronger. And now we're going with a smurf lineup for a big portion of the 2nd half.
That’s allowed, but a BS hook and hold call against GT is called on us after a review.
